Common Problem

CIS is the abbreviation of "ContactImageSensor", that is, "Contact Image Sensor". Its working principle is: after the light emitted by the LED light source is reflected by the scanned object, it is projected and focused on the photosensitive element array through the self-focusing cylindrical lens, and the photosensitive element array converts the optical signal into electrical signal, which is amplified and output by the signal amplification circuit, and forms a complete image of the scanned object after processing by the acquisition card.

The biggest feature of ALC is All In One, which integrates a typical camera system into a small box, which integrates COMS photosensitive element, LED light source, Rod Lens cylindrical lens, FPGA image acquisition card, gigabit Ethernet interface, IO external trigger interface, etc.

ALC has two specifications of 54mm and 108mm in single length. In addition, it can be extended to a maximum width of 2m through multiple sets of splicing.

This depends on the detection content. The typical detection speed of ALC can reach 300m/min.
